My work in this role centers on designing and developing learning materials on WordPress-based sites using LifterLMS, AstraPro, Gamipress, QSM, ActiveCampaign, and WPFusion which integrates a comprehensive and user-friendly learning management system. Purchased the Ucompass.com Educator LMS for use in the Service Center to provide online courses centered around the Service Center’s needs for their districts and charter schools.
As a primary user of Ucompass.com Educator, sold, trained, and administrated LMS services to Service Centers and educational organizations in Texas.

– Designed and built accredited, certified continuing education courses for Texas Association of School Business Officials through a Texas Education Agency grant and offered to all districts.
– Sole instructional designer and technologist on Texas State Committee providing online certified competency courses and web-based databases for School Business Officials.
– Designed and built interactive, media-based 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade Spanish courses for Birdville ISD through a grant from the Texas Education Agency to provide Spanish lessons to schools without Spanish instructors.
NTS, Inc provided credit card services to trucking companies. First Data Corp purchased NTS in 1997 and merged it with EDS, Inc (Dallas, TX) and began offering payment credit cards to all trucking companies in North America. In 1999, this company was merged with ComData.
As lead support specialist, my role provided network analysis, administration and 24/7/365 support to all users and administrators within the division. Responsible for support specialists in maintaining, upgrading, and securing all workstations at the Division as well as all notebooks and phone equipment signed out to sales representatives. Provided database support to all programmers as well as the Credit Card Call Center within the NTS system. Provided security analysis and research analysis of activities within the credit card systems.
Maintained, upgraded, and supported all Novell networks, Faxgate, PCOlnacs, Dun & Bradstreet, and backup servers, 350+ workstation upgrades and maintenance. Provided Y2K analysis and solutions. Standardized all workstations in both hardware and software.

The Fort Worth Museum of Science and History started in 1941 and by 1985, boasted an annual attendance of 1.1 million visitors. The Museum incorporates an IMAX theater and a planetarium, and houses artifacts, dinosaur bones, and state treasures. It provides a Museum School for 4-12 year-olds.
My role entailed providing network, phone system, and database administration services 24/7/365 for all systems including internal user workstations, Museum Box Office system, the phone system, Museum School system, and the Gift Shop, as well as workstations used by patrons in KidSpace, regular exhibits. Responsible for designing and maintaining the Museum artifact database as well as the Museum School registration database. Also responsible for all incoming traveling AAM member exhibit computer hardware and software.
